I have stomach problem of its over come to according to my hight its create problem for me please suggest me what should I do when I am went to doctor told me loss your weight then relief for this.

For weight loss you have to consume fewer calories than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first.e.g. if you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule. Consult me privately
