If I have sufficient levels of the nutrients which help the addressing of my obsessive compulsive disorder (e.g. Vitamin d, vitamin b12, magnesium, etc.), will it have any impact on the improvement of the disorder, if I increase their content in my body through nutrition?

Hello, there is nothing to worry if you have these vitamin supplements, however these can be taken when there is a deficiency or as a maintancene dose.
