My mom has lumps on both breasts. The right side lump is of size 3.5x1.6 cm and on left side it's 1.4x1.6. Lymph nodes swell only for 3 days and then they disappear. White fluid leaks through the nipples sometimes, the skin above the lump in right breast have changed it's color. Can it be fibrocystic breast?

Fibrocystic breast disease is highly unlikely, given the probable age of your mother. It can either be a tumor or an abscess. It depends on the nature of the fluid and any other symptoms that your mother might be facing. Since there is a change in the colour of the skin, you should have at least an online consult as soon as possible to determine the course of treatment.
