Hi sir / madam, i'm a 27 years old male. I have been using minoxidil + finasteride tropical 5% solution since 2019 for my pattern baldness. I also take one finasteride 1 mg tablet everyday. I am applying the solution two times a day. Recently I have been started minoxidil + finasteride 10% solution and applying it two/three times a day for being faster result. I also take multivitamin, omega 3 tablets daily. So my question is should I take both minoxidil + finasteride tropical solution and finasteride tablet? Or minoxidil + finasteride tropical solution alone is enough without taking finasteride tablet orally? Can daily overdose of minoxidil + finasteride tropical solution whether 5% or 10% for long term or short term cause any serious side effects like heart, kidney, liver, brain, eye, diabetes or any other diseases? Please help me out. Hope your valuable suggestions.
