Bilateral inguinal hernia with herniating omentum. Right subclinical varicocele. Left grade-ii varicocele. Suffering from this sir. I am under police training. Within one month out training will be finished. What are the precautions should I take and what kind of foods should intake. Thank you sir.

Hi Madhukar hernia is a clinical problem and foods don't have any role in treatment. Avoid constipation for which consume fibres and green vegetables. Get surgery done at earliest. varicocele should be treated as it is the commonest cause of male infertility.
