I have hypothyroidism with tsh value 10. 9uiu/ml, t3 as 1.19 ng/ml and t4 as 10ug/dl. My vitamin b12 level also came around 217p/ml which is quite low. My weight level has also decreased around 3-4 kgs in a few months time even if I am having hypothyroidism and also there is some fatigue. I haven't started any allopathy medicines and I didn't want to go with it as it goes lifetime. So should I go with ayurvedic medicines. Will this be effective? Please suggest me some effective way to reduce my tsh level .thanks in advance.
