I have a pain when i'm ready to pass stools and during the last bit of peeing. The pain is not in abdominal area but the pain is in the below area of it. Also a little bit of blood was in my stools. It's feel like my intestines are going to come out. I visited a doctor in february 2021 and he gave me flagyl 400 mg and ciplox 500 mg. It relived the pain and the blood but in june 2021 the pain was back. Is this serious?
