I am 68 years old. Male. Having some constipation problem. Few months back consulted general physician. Had motion test. Every thing normal. Prescribed softovac sf. Taking softovac once in 15 days. Ayurvedic triphala churna 1/2 teaspoon daily. Now daily passing stool without difficulty. But sometimes having incomplete evacuation feeling. After evacuation gas is getting disbursed for sometime. Is it ok. Advice me.
