I'm 26 years old and unmarried. My gynecologist prescribed me norethisterone (10 mg) 2 per day for endometriosis and heavy bleeding during combination pill. So i'm taking norethisterone only with iron and ccm tablet. Regestrone 10 mg started on 31 May. Today early morning 4.30 am 4 june abdominal pain, leg pain, back pain and pain in urine passing area around. 7.30 am blood spotting I'm really panic what was happening to me? It is probably due to hormonal imbalance. Take the birth control pills you were taking earlier for this cycle and then restart the Regesterone only from D3 or 4 of the withdrawal bleed.

Switch over to tab dienogest 2 mg once a day if regesterone is not working. It will help you.

Don't worry about the spotting as it is possible to have some breakthrough bleeding while on norethisterone. Pain could be due to underlying pathology of endometriosis. I would suggest an alternate progesterone in higher dose for endometriosis but need to review your reports first. For pain you could take tab meftal spas 1 tab three times a day for 2-3 days. Also get a urine routine examination done. Consider a private consultation.
