Hello lybrate-user tooth decay may occur because of many reasons no mater you consume sweets or not. Ya this is one of important factor but it also depends on frequency of consuming food. Whether you clean your mouth every time after you eat an so on. There is no natural way to get rid of it once it has been occured. You can get rid of pain by some pain killer prescribed by doctor but that too will give temporary relief. So for treatment you must visit a good dentist an get your treatment plane done. As delaying can make the condition more worst. And these treatments are not painful:-)

First of all, 1- Having sweets or chocolates is not the only cause of tooth cavity. Any kind of incleaned food that lodges onto tooth surface leads to tooth decay. 2- For tooth sensitivity you can use any sensitivity tooth paste commercially available. 3- Once tooth decay occurs there is no natural method available for it but ya you can stop it from occuring by maintaining a good oral hygine and by scaling ( cleaning of teeth ) at thr interval of 5-6 months every year and by proper brushing technique. 4- If the decay is not too deep we can save the tooth by restoring it with dental cements, and if the cavity is too deep we can save it by root canal treatment followed by placement of crown ( i.e. cap ) - Now days root canal treatment is 100 % pain free treatment. 5- To improve breath , do brushing twice a day as well as forceful gargles everytime you take food. - And undergo scaling ( cleaning of teeth ) every 6 months
