You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Reduce your meals but avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Have an early dinner by 6: 30-7: 00pm if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least3-4times a week. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited.
