My b12 level is 146 pg/ml post recovery from covid infection, normal range is 211-911, I also have symptoms of low b12, tremors, stiffness in fingers, high hear rate, to get immediate relief I will have to get injections instead of oral tablets of b13 supplement. Can I take nasal b12 spray instead of injections. I do not want to go to a hospital for injections because risk of infection.
