Hi lybrate-user, though many prostitutes have std, and if you had done oral sex with the prostitute having std, your symptoms doesnot match with the symptoms due to std. Because they will get typical mouth rashes inside and outside mouth. That is the indication. But what your friend got is just common cold and flu for which antibiotics mainly azithromycin 500 once a day for three days it helps. I would mainly suggest you to go for blood test called std screening. Which is mandatory.
