Is it necessary to give antibiotics to 15 months child every time he gets fever or if paracetamol controls fever it is enough?

Mam first of all which antibiotic you are giving tell from how much duration fever is coming to child? If only fever is coming and no other symptoms like increase respiratory rate, chest pain, lethragic, weakness then give paracetamol 10-15 mg/kg/day. But do inform to near by Dr. or me directly so that we can rule out pneumonia first. And its not necessary to give antibiotic, the antibiotic has certain duration and certain dose do not give without prior information with Dr. Thanks.

No need to give antibiotics everytime, first of all try to know the cause of fever. Try to increase the immunity to avoid recurrent fever.
