I had sudden gas trouble one morning and my stool which used to be fully formed single stool also got disturbed. I don't have any acidity reflux issue. I take regularly isabgol. And I never had any serious gastric problem. I am suffering from bloating/ gas trouble/ shooting pains sometimes in whole stomach. I have mild tenderness in stomach. Doctor advised for ultrasound and I was told its gastritis. Their is gastric problem/ spasm in stomach. Pls advise me to restore normal status of my stomach function and elimination of excessive gas/ spasm/ tenderness. I am worried, if it is any serious underlying disease like cancer/ ulcer/ colitis. I had taken many anti acid med, but with no relief to ongoing constant symptoms. Pls advise to get rid of this too much bothering symptoms. I tried antibiotic, but it made my condition more worst. Pls advise medicine mild, as I already take asthma inhalers/ neobliser/ anti allergy. I tried taking regularly vitamin c and d3 everyday. I have doubt that could be this vitamins has created my gastritis. Pls help me and satisfy, my apprehensions of any serious underlying disease. I.am 62 years old male. Pls help rgds.
