Since your ecg and echocardiography is normal, you should not worry much. However, if you're overweight or obese, i'd suggest you to switch to a healthier diet, eat more protein and less fat. Avoid eating mutton, eat chicken and fish instead. Avoid smoking or alcohol consumption if you any of those habits, if not kindly do blood tests like "lipid profile" to know whether you've cholesterol or not. Hope that helps.

Dear Lybrate user, given your age and reports, you need not worry much. Dietary modifications along with life style modification may be required. The pain could be muscular in origin. Costochondritis (cartilage inflammation over chest area) can mimic heart conditions. Even gastric conditions give rise to chest pain. If the pain doesn't resolve spontaneously, kindly get the following tests done: 1. Lipid profile 2. Serum homocysteine.
