Use a good face-wash meant for oily skin
and use it at least twice a day. Don't forget to use it after you come home from outside.
If you are using hair oil, use only once a week and that too only for 1-2 hours, and wash off your hair.
Please check if you have dandruff
, the sticky type, as it may be a part of your overall oily tendency.
Some restrictions on your diet
too: avoid oily food, ghee, spicy food.
Eat more of fresh fruits, curd, vegetables, salads.
