I am 28 years boy. My height is 180 cms and weight is 85 kgs right now. Before 2 months my weight was 93 kgs but after lots of running (approx 8 kms both time morning and evening) and follow up 30 mints exercise after running I reduced my weight approx 8 kgs. But now my weight is staying on 85 kgs from last 1 month. I am following my same routine as before but no further loss in my weight now. Please suggest me to reduce my weight. I want my weight 75 kgs. I take lots of fruits (as watermelon orange papaya and pineapple) in breakfast and dinner. I take honey and lemon with warm water daily after exercise. I take only 2 chapatis with green veg in lunch but no further weight loss after 85 kgs. Please suggest me. If possible please prescribe any homeopathic medicine or any Ayurvedic herbal medicine. What you may need is personalised assessment of your metabolic ptofile and hormonal assessment. Accordingly appropriate diet can be suggested i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If not enough then consult. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet or even fruits. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. Eat beans in every meal.
