Good morning, pls have a healthy balanced diet high carbs, high proteins and high healthy fats with fiber and essential vitamins, minerals like iron, iodine,selenium etc rich foods, do strenght gaining exercise daily for 1 hour in the morning, do not skipp meals ever, choose ensure /signature brand protein supplements 2-3scoops in a whole day after having 1 hour of meal or post work out.
