Why you get angry, you feel insulted or anything else. Try to control your anger or feeling, I know its hard but at least try, maybe what they are saying is good for u, try to take it in a positive way. If it does not, then give your proper history.

Its just an attitude problem. Due to high sebsitivity/emotional mind is the cause of all these expressions. Urs age also a bit significant to get easily excited. If you plan to follow few tips regularly without fail, then your all emotions will come under control. **try to follow regulary yoga **breathing exercises/pranayaama **meditation **try to go for art of living's sessions where thar sudarshana kriya would b thought is very effective in balancing mind&body equilibrium. **whenever you feel like you got hurt, try to grt engaged with friends r with your family members to get deviated from that incident. Or try to watch movie r with your favourite hobby, work whatever. But do not sit alone in that situation. Brooding will upset you more. *try to share everything (especially that bitter feelings) with your trusted one. That will reduce the intensity. If you want to cry. Cry alone in a room without hesitation.
