I am 43 years of age. My wife is 38 and my son is 10. With the kind of life that we have today, are there any regular vitamins/multivitamins/supplements that we should be taking/consuming that can keep us healthy and strong with good immunity, which the regular healthy food that we have, be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner doesn't fulfill giving our body the right proportion of nutrition? Kindly advise and help what are the dietary changes those need to be done along with vitamins/multivitamins/supplements that we should be taking/consuming. Also if there are any regular tests that we should be undergoing every 3-6 months or on a yearly basis. My wife in particular keeps complaining about aches and pains now and then and she is otherwise very active taking care of things all by herself ever since she wakes up in the morning. She was been asked to have cap wellwoman 1 cap daily after lunch for 3 months and calcimax d 1000 1 tab daily after breakfast for 3 months but she complained that after she started with those dosages her bowel got interrupted and she could not clear her stomach for 2-3 days in a row and she would need to take help of dulcolax or dulcolax as drinking plenty of water even did not help. In the last 10 years, ever since our son was born (2nd caesarean after 2008) she has not done any tests just other than covid (rt-pcr and covid 19 total antibodies) about 2 weeks ago and she was rt-pcr positive. She has completed her course of medication and treatment. So, what are the specific instructions and medications that she needs to go through without having to face any bowel interruption as mentioned above. Your help and advise is much appreciated.
