I have a history of sciatica pain, but it was alright till I shifted in february. It started with back pain. I was managing it well with my exercises, but somehow now its more of a pain in outer foot and outer knee with pins and needles in whole left leg when I stand. I am unable to carry out my regular activities. I cannot bend, cannot walk easily. My calf and back of thigh seems tight, but when I lie down, it subsides. I consulted my physiotherapist and she says my muscles are too tight and I should relax, rest, and do massage and some simple exercises. There is no pain when I do simple stretching and bhujangasan. But a burning sensation in centre of hip, pins and needles sensation I am not finding relief. Can someone please help.
