My age - 34, I got marriage in 2012, currently I am feeling very weak and unable to do sex and unwanted to do so, also my penis not getting hard. Last 6 month my wife getting pregnancy. I am very worried also my nightfall is continuing and during urine and toilet my semen is going fall. I am very in depression and also loosing my memory. Please help me what to do and need to take medicine to get well soon.
