I usually have a cup of coffee everyday around 1pm. If I skip this coffee I get a headache. If I have the coffee the headache disappears. Is this some sort of addiction? Is it bad? How can I get rid of it? Please advise.

Hello lybrate-user. Its not addiction but a conditioned state of your mind. You first try to hv tea without milk at particular time. Then try to reduce the quantity. Your brain will get wt it needs n slowly you can skip it.
