I have been having sinusitis since last 8-10 years. It’s allergic and return again and again. Now I can see big red polyps developed inside my both nostrils. So I find difficult to breathe please suggest some medication or any nasal spray?

Hello lybrate-user ji sinusitis is common with are people who have nasal polyps. So it really troubles repeatedly. And to top it all if you are living in a city with moist and humidity like mumbai, it all precipitates this issue. Recurrent infection would swell the polyps and cause blockage in breathing and also clogs the sinuses. My suggestion is to remove the polyps by surgery. If the size is small we can help through ayurveda but if there are multiple ones then it needs corrective surgery.
