I am an 18year old guy and my height is 6feet 1inch and my weight is around 72kg and am not so healthy. Is this weight is enough for me. Or tell me some medicines or what to do for more weight?

You should gain just 3-4 kgs weight. Don't take any medicines to increase weight, just eat healthy, drink fresh juices without sugar, milk fruit shakes, lassi, dry fruits etc in between your meals and if want to gain muscle mass, start with strength training exercises thrice a week!

This weight is ok for you at this age. As the age increases you are likely to put more weight naturaly. Meanwhile join a gym and eat balanced food. Goodluck.
