Okay. To gain weight you should eat extra food. Eat more frequently. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Take dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined foods in excess amount. Eat more protein rich foods. Use healthy fat like olive oil, refined vegetable oil, coconut oil, canola oil, fish oil, almond, walnut. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink whole cream milk 300-400ml/day. Use weight gainer supplement. Drink lots of water and take quality sleep and lead a stress free life. These will help you to increase weight.
