These will help you. Eat more food more frequently. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use bigger plate. Use weight gainer supplement. Take more dense fruits and vegetables. Eat protein rich foods in extra amount. Use fats like olive oil, fish oil, coconut, canola, avocado, refined vegetable oil, butter, cream, cheese, ghee, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stress free life and 7-8 hours sleep. These will help you to increase body weight.
