Dear Doctor, I am facing a new problem from last 3 months. My problem is bed smell in my mouth and of course a mouth ulcers are there inside my mouth. I brush my teeth twice daily and also use liquid mouth wash. But the problem remain same. I am facing a lot of problems when talking to others. An complex is working always inside me which is lacking my confidence. Pls suggest me a remedy so that I can get rid of this problem. And also adding an additional information about me that I am an 100'/, non alcoholic and non smoking person.

Don't worry Mr. Lybrate-user. Take a full mouth oral prophylaxis. Warm saline mouthbath 5-6 time s/ day. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash 2-3 times/day. And for your ulcer take vitamin b complex and antioxidant. You will get better improvement.

You have to do scaling of your teeth. And learn with doctor doctor how to floss your teeth regularly. Your bad smell problem will solve. For ulcer you take cap bcomplx once daily for 15 days. If problm more severe than take ultigel and apply on it thrice daily.

Mr. Lybrate-user. Bed smell from mouth is due to so many reasons. Most of the time reason is plaque and calculi in our mouth. You have to clean your teeth (scaling and polishing of teeth). And if required flap and bone grafting. After that brush twice a day with proper brushing technique. You have to clean your teeth proffesionally once in a year for better oral health. Thank you.

Sometimes tartar or dirt in your teeth can lead to bad smell get it cleaned by dentist and use wokadine mouthwash a drop in 10 mother of water nd gargle.

Bad breath is not only related to dental problem its also related to other systematic conditions, mouth rinsing 5 times or brushing 3 times will not help you, dental scaling is partially helpful for you but not permanently therefore you need to visit dentist and physician also.
