Hello lybrate-user ji. For sleep problem you can do massage of some oils like coconut oil or amla oil on your head by relaxing way with finger tips. Go for sleep at proper time around 9-10 pm. Take one glass warm milk and add half spoon ghee in that and sugar for taste. Avoid all stress. Be relax. Take some deep breaths before sleep. Try to be in present. Take more fruits. Salads in diet.
