My cholesterol and tg level are rise. Its on dated 18 dec 2020 cho 251 mg and t g 370 mg I stand walking near about 3 km daily and decrease calories intake. But its not working. After 3 month on dated 6 march cho is 212 and tg level 402. My hdl ang ldl level r in normal in both reports. Please tell me how to decrease it.
