My first panic attack come in 16 years before reason 2 month before i'm suffering dirhea for 10 days after 2 month im going to kolkata to mumbai for job before 2 days for going my mind coming in thought i'm go to mumbai maybe again dirhea so i'm how to stay in mumbai this thought come and suddenly panic attack come my ticket cancel i'm not go mumbai but my panic attack daily start i'm 2much worried i'm what r doing after i'm go some physician his give me some medicine i'm use 3 months but not any benefit i'm 2much worried why i'm not better feel migraine headache start my mood off any time suicide thought coming after 3 month some guys advise me you must will go for a psychiatrist because your suffering depression and anxiety after i'm go a psychiatrist his give me pari cr 10 and lonazep o. 5 after 15 days i'm better feel migraine headaches finish panic attack finish suicide thought finish i'm enjoyed my life and i'm continuing last 16 years take this medicine but problem is after 3 or 4 years attack again coming.

Dear Lybrate user, it must've been difficult experiencing these for 16 years. It's good you took help. Along with medicines, please go for psychological therapy/counselling as well. Although medicines help, therapy will help you manage your attacks, your thoughts behind the attacks. It will also help you understand why these panic attacks are recurring again. There can be a lot of reasons like stressful events triggering them etc. It can help in the long term, with managing thoughts, anxiety, coping and some techniques you can use to decrease or calm yourself down during intense anxiety. It can help you with your suicidal thoughts as well. Please don't worry, with the right help, this can be managed, stressing will make them worse. Cognitive behavior therapy can be very helpful and is widely used to treat anxiety. You can go to a therapist trained in this therapy. Just get it into your system what is it that you want and the belief that you can get it! then see the magic dress well: if you dress well, you?ll have better mood, spend enough time grooming yourself, wearing those mascaras and trying that hairstyle. Wear your best clothes. Totally, rock it! socialise: don?t stay alone, stay with a group. Chat, laugh, smile, mock each other, laugh at yourself, laugh together, encourage each other, work together! don?t be alone in depression, be with people. Socialise and have fun! hit the gym: workout. Exercise releases feel-good hormones, go hit the gym or take a walk! and feel some instant happiness. Never screw up your career: doing bad at your career is definitely going to demotivate you. Be successful and rich. When you feel like you can?t do it, take some time out and get your beliefs right. Remember that you want to do it and you can! we should hold some things tight, and this is definitely one of them. Party: all work and no play makes jack a dull boy and jim a dull girl. Don; t be dull, dance to the beats, shake that booty! drink all you want and eat as much as you can. Kiss forever, get up in someone else?s bed. You get the idea! involve in charity of some sort: helping others will make you feelgood about yourself. Seeing someone else smile because of you is the greatest feeling there is. We as a race, should help each other, laugh together, and love each other. Let?s help the under-privileged and do our bit in making the world a better place. Have some hobby: dancing, painting, piano, guitar, writing, blogging, journalism, whatever it may be. Make time each week to do something that you really like. Do it regularly, become skilled in it and enjoy these little moments of happiness!
