My first panic attack come in 16 years before reason 2 month before i'm suffering dirhea for 10 days after 2 month im going to kolkata to mumbai for job before 2 days for going my mind coming in thought i'm go to mumbai maybe again dirhea so i'm how to stay in mumbai this thought come and suddenly panic attack come my ticket cancel i'm not go mumbai but my panic attack daily start i'm 2much worried i'm what r doing after i'm go some physician his give me some medicine i'm use 3 months but not any benefit i'm 2much worried why i'm not better feel migraine headache start my mood off any time suicide thought coming after 3 month some guys advise me you must will go for a psychiatrist because your suffering depression and anxiety after i'm go a psychiatrist his give me pari cr 10 and lonazep o. 5 after 15 days i'm better feel migraine headaches finish panic attack finish suicide thought finish i'm enjoyed my life and i'm continuing last 16 years take this medicine but problem is after 3 or 4 years attack again coming.

Although medicines help, therapy will help you manage your attacks, your thoughts behind the attacks. It will also help you understand why these panic attacks are recurring again. There can be a lot of reasons like stressful events triggering them etc. It can help in the long term, with managing thoughts, anxiety, coping and some techniques you can use to decrease or calm yourself down during intense anxiety. It can help you with your suicidal thoughts as well. Please don't worry, with the right help, this can be managed, stressing will make them worse.
