?Hi, I am 31 years old male, I m having serious dandruff issue. It comes to my ears ?and beard ?as well. ?Dandruff effected my back side and inside? of ears? and if I keep my beard?. I tried several different shampoo like scalpe, ?ketomac? etc ??but have not got any result. I am ankylosing spondylitis patient. ?Please advice me what should I do?? Is it something to do with AS?

The problem you are talking about seems to be psoriasis. It needs regular treatment under dermatologist supervision. Consult a local dermatologist
