Dear sir, chronic pancreatitis is a chronic inflammation of pancreas and the most common risk factor is alcohol abuse. Though it has not been proven conclusively but there is substantially increased incidence of pancreatic cancer in patients suffering from pancreatitis as compare to general population. As far as liver cancer is concerned is could be co-incidental as the risk factor for liver cancer is again alcohol abuse so though there is no direct link but due to common risk factor it could co-exist.
