I am taking obimet 500 before and after lunch I am 45 of age, I am doing I hour exercise including fast walk and gym, I am eating sugarless food, like vegetables, fish, chapati and small amt. Of rice I taking this food in 4 parts beside that I am unable to control my sugar level but fact is that I have lot of tension from my home side, please suggest me how I control my sugar level?
