I have back pain from 3 yrs. what should i do ? please advice

Common causes of back pain are prolonged sitting especially in bad posture, injury to back during certain activities and lack of exercise. You should try some physiotherapy and learn about proper posture. Control weight and do some back strengthening exercises. If pain persists then you need to visit a spine surgeon for complete clinical evaluation and further investigation to ruleout more serious causes. There are many options to control the pain like physiotherapy modalities, spinal injections, minimally invasive surgical procedures. But exercises and correct posture are main pillars of treatment.
