Dear user, it is not necessary that only exposure to smoke causes lung cancer. There have been cases where people who are not exposed to smoke or cigarettes in any form but they have lung cancer. It is completely based on genetics and the body's immunity. You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
