Saath me light fever bhi rehta h.aur naval k upar left side me ribs k just down area me bhi light pain feel hota h. Period normal h ab tk. 2nd last month ka sirf 10 din late aaya tha pehli baar. Otherwise sab normal rehta h. Koi medication ya koi prior health issues nhi h. Sexually active nhi hu. Kabhi-kbhar bht rarely karti hu. Koi bhaari chig ya kuch bhi wesa nahi uthayi hu. Supermans— lie face down on the ground and stretch both arms out in front of the body, keeping the legs stretched out and flat on the ground. Keep the head straight and look at the floor to avoid neck injury. Stretch the hands and feet outward as far as possible. Hold the position for 2 seconds. Return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.
