Mood swings are very common at your age. Everybody at your age has to go throgh this mental state. Establishing your self-identity (freedom from parental domination), achieving career goal, longing for intimate/sexual relationship along with hormonal influences are pressing somebody to a great extent of perceived stress causing mood swings.
