I am 20 years old boy but something making me different from other guys is my puffy nipples it makes me shameful. I am not able to wear any fit tshirt because of that and I want to get rid off from this. Even though I am doing daily workout also. I feel shame help me dr's. Its hard from the inside and puffy from the outside.
