I have got my urine r/e test result today. Report are clear but colour of urine is yellow and 6 ph. I have worried because it shows 1 to 2 hpf calcium oxalate crystals. Is it ok?

They are s seen in concentratef urine. So please take plenty of liquids. Including lemonade, if diabitic without sugar colour will become light, citralka liquids 10 ml three times a day after food in half glass of water. Ph changed, calcium oxalate crystal disappear. As such no harm if ph changed, calcium oxalate crystal seen they are coming out otherwise they form stone.

Yellow color ya because of less intake of water. Increase fluid intake.
