Sir I have fever from last 5 days, an is very weak, I have col and cough also, I have tried many remedies but no one benefited me, at night the fever becomes high and at day it decreases. I did not understand its causes, please suggest me something that will be beneficial for me and my health. Please sir. I will be thankful to you for your response.
