Can a person with asthma do heavy workouts in the gym like cardio, running on treadmill, strength training, abs toning, etc. Or it's not advisable at all? Or is it possible? Won't that person go out of breath? Is there a risk for an asthma attack? If so, then what precautions should be taken? I want to workout and tone up my body without any problems at all.
