Hello doctor actually, I have psoriasis and using Ayurvedic medicines for that already my doubt here is I am losing my hair due to some nutritional deficiency and my allopathy doctor has recommended a few vitamins to take which are b vitamin, d vitamin, iron, vitamin c, and multivitamin.(the place where I bought these medicines also are vegan) so is it safe to use my ayurvedic medicines with these supplements doctor? Please help thank you.
