I have taken fluconazole once yesterday for chronic persistent yeast infection. I have uncontrolled pcos. Today, I didn't get frequently urine as usual, and discharge and itching is decreased but I still get sharp pain while urinating. Is it normal? My next dose is after a week.

Continue taking tab fluconazole as advised by your doctor, fluconazole will relief you of vaginal discharge and vaginal itching but not of urinary symptoms. You seem to be having urinary infection also. Get your urine routine and culture examination done, will have to be treated according the report. Till then drink plenty of water.
