Ever since I had shifted from mumbai to suburban mumbai my hair fall has gone up, I don?t remember loosing this amount of hair on a daily basis before. I definitely think one of the main reason could be the change in water because I am only hogging onto foods which provides nourishment to the hair, can please someone suggest or guide me what can I do to stop thinning of my hair.
