I'm a 26 years old female and for a year I have been suffering from painful constipation. Its irregular and stool is hard. At first I felt like there were tiny stones but recently there a tiny bulge. It didn't hurt much just annoying while sitting or laying down. Its gone now but I still don't know what it is or how. Please help.
