Hi doctors, last week I had a gynecomastia surgery where they did liposuction too. I got two incision near both underarms, doctor suggested me to wear the west till 10 weeks. Post 2 days of surgery when doctor removed plaster I saw my nipples were puffy. Doctor told it's just swelling. Daily when i'm having lite massage on my both chest. I'm feeling like the gynecomastia is still there. Please suggest me whether he had done only liposuction or is it normal. Or sudden after surgery it's possible to have a flat chest. Now it's one week. How many days it takes for swelling to settle down. Please suggest.
