There are three things you need to do 1. Take the calcium supplements as suggested by your doctor. Include dietary calcium in your food as well. Milk, yoghurt, eggs, millet, fruits like chikku banana are rich in calcium 2. Regular exercises - go to a trained physiotherapist or yoga trainer. Learn the exercises and practice them daily, this is the best way to prevent pain. 3. Avoid - running, steep trekking, cycling and jumping.
