I am 33 year old. Dec 2019 when I was in gym I got a jerk while exercising. Since then, I am continuously facing lower back pain. I took physiotherapy session for a week. It gave me temporary relax. Back pain still remains all the time but bearable. I was tbm patient from may 2019 to july 2020. Whenever I bend forward, lift weight, jump or run then back pain increase. Please suggest.

Go for mri of ls spine. Use ls belt. Take rest. Do exercises advise by physio. Avoid forward bending, lifting heavy object.
